Welcome

This is my personal webpage where I intend to put up a few things of general interest. 

The  categories are
* my various non-work writing,
* a big miscellaneous area to cover the trials and tribulations of managing the bushland behind my house, reading, music and  bridge if I get that far
* some holidays ideas, itineraries, diaries and photos
* a bit of family history as appropriate, and
* some recipes.

At last I've started putting together this site.  The reason being I have some writing I wish to include in the writing column.  Otherwise the tabs are much as I originally expected..
